⛈️📢 【 XVENTURE HK 惡劣天氣營運安排】
各位 XVENTURER 請注意⚠️！🔴 紅色暴雨警告現正懸掛，請留意以下為XVENTURE 於惡劣天氣情況下營運安排：

🟡黃色 / 🔴 紅色暴雨警告/1號及3號🌀強風信號：
場地如常開放，室內極限挑戰不受影響！

⚫ 黑色暴雨警告：
若在營業前發出：場地將暫停開放，並於警告取消後 2 小時內重新營業。如訊號維持到下午 3:00，則全日暫停開放。
若在營業期間發出：場地將維持運作。已進場的玩家請留在場內安全地方，繼續享受設施，直至室外情況安全。

🌀8號或以上強風信號:
場地將暫停開放，待有關信號除下後約3小時重新開放; 如信號維持至下午3時，場地將全日暫停開放。

🎟️受上述惡劣天氣影響（如因黑雨、8號或以上颱風信號導致場地暫停營業），已於 Klook 購票而未能如期到訪的玩家，您可以憑受影響的門票聯絡 Klook 團隊安排改期進場。
(註：所有門票均不可退款，敬請見諒。)

📢 【 XVENTURE HK: Inclement Weather Operational Arrangements 】

Attention XVENTURERS ⚠️!🔴 Red Rainstorm Warning is currently in force.Please take note of the following operational arrangements for XVENTURE under severe weather:

🟡 Amber / 🔴 Red Rainstorm Warning & 🌀 Typhoon Signal No. 1 / No. 3:

The venue remains OPEN as usual. Indoor extreme challenges are completely unaffected!

⚫ Black Rainstorm Warning:

If issued BEFORE operating hours: The venue will be temporarily CLOSED and will resume operations within 2 hours after the warning is cancelled. If the signal remains in force until 3:00 PM, the venue will remain closed for the entire day.

If issued DURING operating hours: The venue will REMAIN OPEN. Guests already inside are advised to stay in safe areas indoors and continue enjoying the facilities until outdoor conditions improve.

🌀 Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above:

The venue will be temporarily CLOSED and will reopen approximately 3 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains in force until 3:00 PM, the venue will remain closed for the entire day.

🎟️ Ticket Arrangements for Affected Bookings:

For players affected by the severe weather arrangements above (e.g., venue closure due to Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), if you purchased tickets via Klook and were unable to visit as scheduled, you may present your affected tickets to contact the Klook team for rescheduling.
