There is something I would like to sincerely apologize for.
While going through my social media messages recently, I realized that due to a notification settings issue, some direct messages were not displaying properly. Among them were couples who had reached out to Hey Dance more than a month ago to inquire about wedding choreography, and I hadn't received any notifications at all.
If you ever sent a message but never received a reply, I am truly sorry. Planning a wedding involves managing so many details, and I deeply treasure every couple who takes the initiative to reach out and place their trust in me.
The moment I discovered this, my immediate thought was that I didn't want any couple to miss out on starting their wedding prep because of a technical glitch. Fortunately, the issue is now resolved. I’ve adjusted all my settings to ensure this won't happen again.
