Against violent aggression, finding a object that could help you protecting yourself is a very good solution ( chair, bag... ). All these objects are very common and seem harmless but they are very effective at shielding yourself ( if used properly ). Anyone with netflix, check " dirty john " episode 8, 15 minutes.. Krav Maga training is about effective solutions.
