Why Konter：

Konter深信Professional 一字不在於金錢，乃在於如何對待教練這工作。面對不同學生時，我們可以算是魔鬼，亦有部份可能受不了而沒有再練。我們經常覺得，要球場上表現好，不在於技術，乃在於Mentality，要強化Mentality，必要建立Culture。

不過Culture的建立非朝夕，真的可以做到嗎？
但Konter就是要堅持下去。。。。

Coaching Staff for 26/27 in HKPYL

港峰青訓學院現正式公佈2026/27球季香港超級青年聯賽(U14-U18)的教練團隊，讓有意參加選拔的球員及家長能更全面了解本學院的教學理念與專業配置。

我們致力於為不同年齡層球員提供高質素及系統化的訓練，透過經驗豐富的教練團隊，協助球員在技術、戰術及個人成長方面全面發展。

港峰青訓學院現正開展 2026/27 年度球員選拔，誠邀具潛質、態度認真及熱愛足球之球員報名參加。

本年度選拔組別如下：
- U8
- U10
- U12
- U14
- U16
- U18

選拔日期：
- 2026年6月15日至6月28日
