培養責任感、同理心、專注、勇敢、堅毅等正向特質，
鼓勵學員自我超越達至「文武雙全」。

青衣
1. 楓樹窩體育館（楓樹窩路10號）
星期六　下午2時至3時 / 3時至4時
2. 長發體育館（長發商場4字樓）
星期日　下午1時至2時 / 2時至3時

荃灣
1. 荃灣體育館（永順街53號）
星期六　下午5時至6時 / 6時至7時
2. 楊屋道體育館（楊屋道市政大廈4樓）
星期六　下午7時至9時
