通常我鍾意收工返到屋企,臨沖涼瞓覺前,做3至4組平板支撐(每組3分鐘左右,高密度,做到出汗為止)
原因一嚟開工成日趕頭趕命,好多時搬重嘢未必顧到正確姿勢,所以做平板支撐可以幫我紓緩腰痛同防止受傷,二嚟收工例牌肚餓,點都會食少少嘢,做下平板支撐可以幫助消化同唔俾自己肥
I usually love to do 3 to 4 sets of planks (3 mins per set, short resting period to get myself sweaty) after coming home from work, before going for a shower and going to bed afterwards
Because I'm always in a rush at work, it's almost impossible to concern about the proper form of carrying heavy stuffs all the time, so doing planks can help relieving my lower back pain and prevent injuries, plus I always get myself a quick meal after work due to starvation, doing planks helps my digestion and prevents me from getting fat
