Proud to represent our results at the Hong Kong Indoor Rowing Championships & Charity Rowathon! From sprinting in the relays to grinding for Heep Hong Kong Society in the 30-min charity row, we gave it everything🔥🔥

It was a true celebration of the sport we love and the friendships that make it special❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Rowing is not only something we do, but somewhere to belong: from our budding new rowers pushing each other on the water to the alumni returning home, and the fellow unis joining us to share the joy, we’re all in this together💙💛

Thanks you for making it a day to remember. Here’s to many more strokes as one🚣🔥💪

Our team has participated in the 43rd Hong Kong Championships and achieved excellent results!
🥈 Our HKUST x HKUSTA M4- crew took 2nd place.
🥈 Our alumni crew took 2nd place in M4x.
🥉 A team member also got 3rd place in M2x.

Our team has participated in ATIR 2021 on 21 November and successfully finished the 45km race.

The event requires rowers to row around the Hong Kong Island, which lasted for 4.5 hours for our Coxed Four crew. The weather was mild and cloudy, but especially windy at certain locations at the East and West corners of the island. It was surely a test of endurance and determination!

Congratulations and well done to the finishers of the race!
And thanks to for organizing the race! Well done to our boys!!

Our team has participated in ATIR 2021 on 21 November and successfully finished the 45km race.

The event requires rowers to row around the Hong Kong Island, which lasted for 4.5 hours for our Coxed Four crew. The weather was mild and cloudy, but especially windy at certain locations at the East and West corners of the island. It was surely a test of endurance and determination!

Regular training with the great scenarios in Victoria Harbour🌃🚣🏻‍♀️

Our crews are ready for the Around the Island Race tomorrow!💪🏼
It is a 45km coastal race around the HK island 🌊

This year, we have 3 crews participating in this event.
405 UST STRONG GIRLS,
409 HKUST Rowing, and
407 NFSAS (alumni crew)
