本中心暫停開放。
備註：如8 號颱風信號除下而改懸三號或以下風球時，
將會照常開放。

When Tropical Storm Warning Signal No. 8 (or a higher number)
We will be suspended.
Remark：If the Observatory replaces it with the Tropical Storm Warning
Signal no. 3，We will resume as normal.
