上個禮拜我哋出戰 8 個組別，橫掃 7 個獎 🥇🥈🥉，實力橫行！ 大家平日地獄式訓練、流過嘅汗水，喺賽道上一一兌現。
見到隊友們咁有火、咁團結，我哋真係引以為傲！努力係有回報嘅，贏得漂亮！
MiU Training Hub crushed it at HYROX Shenzhen!
Out of 8 categories, our team dominated with 7 podium finishes! 🥇🥈🥉All those grueling hours in the gym truly paid off on the race floor.
We are incredibly proud of everyone’s grit and dedication. The hard work was worth it—the trophies are just the icing on the cake!
