致親愛的學生及顧客:
YOGA ALONG 從2020年開業至今現已4年，惟經歷過疫情強制閉館、租金高漲，以及上環總館被迫結業，收入大幅下降；適逢租約期滿，本公司決定將於2024年9月15日結業。謹代表所有老師衷心感謝 閣下過往對上環及旺角分館的支持。
基於以上情況，我們將有以下安排:
1. 受影響的學生可於2024年9月16至26日，經WhatsApp 55003090 向我們申請退款剩餘套票。退款上限將以計算方法� (一)「套票的原本時限、價錢，以及於9月15日起所剩餘的時間按比例計算」及� (二)「原本套票每一個credit 的價值」作參照，本公司將退還價錢較低款項— 例如4-Month 12- Class (價值:$1920)套票於9月15日後原本剩下18天到期，如套票剩餘2 credits，� (I) 18日÷(30日×4)×$1920= $288
(II)2 credits ÷ 12credits ×$1920= $320
經我們申請確認後，學生可獲計算方法(一)(I)的退款; Unlimited pass 則一律以計算方法(一)指標。所有逾期申請，則不往退款歸還，敬請原諒。
2. 從即日起，YOGA ALONG 將不會出售任何套票。如學生欲於結業前上課，均能以單堂$150 優惠價上課，現有學生則須先完成所有剩餘套票。
我們確實理解上述情況會對受影響的學生及客戶帶來不便，我們深感抱歉。
再次藉此感謝所有學生的一直支持，陪着我們在瑜伽道路上成長。後會有期。

Dear students,
Since our opening 4 years ago in 2020, Yoga Along has faced various challenges and setbacks during the Covid period and the recent lease termination of our Sheung Wan studio. As such, we have decided to cease operations entirely on 15 September 2024. On behalf of our teachers, we would like to thank each and every of our students for your support.
Since our opening 4 years ago in 2020, Yoga Along has faced various challenges and setbacks during the Covid period and the recent lease termination of our Sheung Wan studio. As such, we have decided to cease operations entirely on 15 September 2024. On behalf of our teachers, we would like to thank each and every of our students for your support.
In light of Yoga Along’s impending closure, please take note of the following:
1. Students with existing packages (excluding Unlimited Packages) can request for a refund from 16 September 2024 to 26 September 2024 via Whatsapp 55003090. Refund will be calculated by using the lower of the two formulas:
(a) Package value x (Remaining period of the package (after 15 September 2024) as a proportion of the total period of the package); and
(b) Value of the remaining credits.
Example:
For a 4-months 12-class package (worth HK$1920), with 18 days remaining (after 15 September 2024) and with 2 credits remaining:
(a) 18 days ÷(30 days ×4)×$1920= $288
(b) 2 credits ÷ 12 credits ×$1920= $320�
In this example, the student will be refunded the lower of the two amounts - i.e. $288 based on formula (a). For Unlimited Package, refunds will be calculated according to formula (a).
2. From 4 August 2024 onwards, Yoga Along will not be selling any packages anymore. If new students are interested to attend our classes, we will be offering a discounted drop-in price of $150 per class. Students with existing packages will be required to use their credits to attend classes.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to our dearest students and seek your kind understanding.
We would like to once again thank all our students for the support throughout these years and I hope our paths will cross in the future.
