這一年,世界沒有變,但我看世界的眼光變了。

我不再執著於尋找每件事的“標準答案”或是非對錯,而是學會了問自己:什麼才是“適合我的”?

任何事情沒有對錯,只要找到適合自己的,就已足夠。

這個過程,就是2025年送給我最珍貴的禮物。

做完 ACL同半月板手術之後,無論是作為教練定係運動員,都好似撳咗暫停鍵。那段空窗期,有過迷茫,也曾自我懷疑。

但我知道,汗水係唔會欺騙努力嘅人。

現在,我準備好了。🔥

這條路上,沒有真正的終點。無論曾經係運動員,定係做教練,我都學緊點樣「重新開始」。這份經歷,讓我更懂得身體的信號,也更理解突破的意義。
