社會福利署及本港社會福利服務機構聯合主辦的第十屆歌唱比賽決賽將會於2013年9月5日(星期四)晚上七時三十分在荃灣大會堂演奏廳舉行。歡迎各位來臨觀賞，同賀國慶，共襄盛舉，閣下的蒞臨定能為活動增添不少光彩及能為社會福利界各位同事帶來莫大的鼓舞！
