Two years ago, I stopped competing and wanted to start a new project that would keep my passion alive—getting involved with bikinis and promoting women’s empowerment. I felt there was a need for cute, quality bikinis that are affordable while celebrating body positivity.

It has been fun starting another project from scratch, doing everything on my own—launching a website, creating designs, manufacturing, shipping, modeling, and more. I’ve been so grateful for the support; every time someone ordered or wore my bikinis, I did a little dance!

However, I’m planning to take a break. I’ve been so focused on the gym , my clients, my dogs, and volunteer work. I realized I haven’t put enough effort into .swimwear . I’m the type of person who wants to do things wholeheartedly and make them great.

Going forward, I’ll continue what I’m doing: building a great community at HIT, helping people transform their lives, and giving back to the community whenever I can.

We did it!! 🎉

The HIT PT team has raised over HK$150k in just one month for the two amazing local charities - Mothers Choice and Sai Kung Stray Friends .

Yesterday, we completed a challenging 50km hike in order to raise funds and am thrilled to share that we completed the hike in an average of just 10 hours!

This experience was both a mental and physical test. There were definitely moments when I thought about giving up, and I know some others felt the same way. But we kept pushing forward, reminding ourselves that our efforts were for a meaningful cause that would truly impact lives.

It’s a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together with resilience and determination. I’m incredibly grateful for our supportive community—your kindness and generosity make all the difference. A fulfilling life is all about giving to others without expecting anything in return.

Thank you to everyone who donated and supported us. Let’s continue to spread kindness and encourage one another. Together, we can make a real impact!
