Great to see that the Hong Kong Triathlon Association is now managing the CCB inter schools aquathlon championships officially as part of the HKSSF school league!
Head over to the Triathlon Association website to sign up!
* All the distances are very short and so it is suitable for all levels.
* Parents can enter their kids. HKTRIA will put athletes from the same school together at the event.
* Primary & Secondary HKSSF categories.
* Coaches Henry and James will be there!

Challenge Shanghai - Oct 24-25th
With a number of athletes already entered this will be a great trip full of team camaraderie, perfect for seasoned athletes or those racing overseas for the first time.
Sprint, Olympic, Middle (70.3) Distances available. 26 Programmes available for all distances.
The week before the race is scheduled as ESF Half Term, perfect for families to attend and support their parents.
- Multiple flights to HK everyday.
- Flat race venue.
- Recommended Programme Durations for 70.3(Middle) Distance:
Beginner: 20-24 Weeks
Intermediate: 16-20 Weeks
Experienced: 12-16 Weeks
Programmes include:
Bespoke weekly training schedule delivered online via TrainingPeaks.
Nutrition Advice and Race Plan.
Weekly Group Training sessions included at no extra cost

We’re lucky to have such fantastic public facilities at our doorstep all over Hong Kong. As such it is of paramount importance that we treat all facilities as a gift, and share them with every member of the public and other training groups.
As part of our sessions we strive to teach all our athletes the importance of knowing, and demonstrating, basic track etiquette at all times.
Let’s lead the way by showing how to respect ourselves, others, and the track environment.
The best way to educate others is to demonstrate how ourselves!

Open to both Youth, and Adult age groups.
This is a perfect aquathlon race for those of any ability.
Aquathlon is the combination of two sports - Swimming & Running, making it a challenging multisport discipline that’s enjoyable for everyone!
Organised by the Hong Kong Triathlon Association.
Venue: Tai Po Waterfront Park

Well done to everyone this AM at the Festival Of Sport triathlon at Plover Cove!
Great to see everyone out there putting their training to the test! Luckily the thunderstorms held off for the AM and we had some great conditions for the athletes!
Great progress from all, and a huge number of podiums for 26 in this one!
Well done everyone! Next up is Aquathlon 2 at the end of May!
