The Rivalry Reignites - Liverpool V Newcastle

Rewind to April 1996 – the "Premier League Game of the Decade." A breathtaking 4-3 thriller that defined an era. Fast forward to March 1997, and the two sides did it again – another 4-3 classic, complete with iconic beer sponsors and unforgettable drama. A rivalry that lives on in football history.

Fast forward to today:�Liverpool just stunned Man City 2-0, while Newcastle smashed 4 goals in 12 minutes against Nottingham Forest. Both teams are firing on all cylinders.

Now, the stage is set for Carabao Cup Final 2025 on March 16. Will this be another chapter in their storied rivalry? One thing’s certain: when these two meet, it’s always unforgettable.
