維港近會展海水都唔錯，水清也不大流，可能是季節性的緣故，以往落場比賽都是游完都算，沒有留意水是否，有沒有飄浮垃圾，今次比想像中唔錯。單車就大直路，睇自己有幾多貨。跑步就唔好意思行，兩傍實在很多人，好容易比人睇到行路，好醜。好似你有你奮鬥，我有我跑步擦身而過。好似人群中幾個人氣喘如牛的經過，不錯的氣氛。
The sea water in Victoria Harbor near the Convention and Exhibition Center is good, and the water is clear and not too strong wave. It may be due to the seasonality. In the past, I just swam at the end of the game and didn’t pay attention to whether there was floating garbage in the water. This time it was better than expected. The bike is on a straight road and you can see how much you have. It’s hard to go for a run. There are so many people on both sides. It’s so easy to see whom walking. It’s so ugly. It seems that you are there for your struggle, and I am there for me to pass by while running. It seemed like a few people in the crowd were passing by out of breath, and it was a nice atmosphere.

單車節
第一次參加，風景應該很美，但不知是要過幾多次條橋和多少次隧道，只是知道，在橋面吹側風，要按實把手和自動減速。排隊出發車龍差不多1公里長，氣氛不錯。順利以47分鐘完成30公里，試過平路過50km. 幾好玩。

Cycling Festival
It’s my first time to participate. The scenery should be beautiful, but I don’t know how many bridges and tunnels I have to cross. I just know that when there is a crosswind on the bridge deck, I have to press the handle and slow down automatically. The departure queue was almost 1 kilometer long and the atmosphere was good. I successfully completed 30 kilometers in 47 minutes and tried to pass 50 kilometers on a flat road. It was quite fun.

Since April, I have participated in different swimming and triathlon competitions, and I have felt the similarities between gains (health) and losses (regret), rather than the color of the medals.
自4月開始參與不同的游泳和鐵人三項比賽，感受到得（健康），失（遺憾）的共同點，而不是獎牌的顏色了。
