There will be an initial assessment by the physiotherapist so as to devise a personalized program target their specific problem areas. As group pilates classes lack this individualized assessment and therefore may not achieve the benefits of clinical pilates.
做臨床普拉提之前你會先由物理治療師進行評估﹐再分析你的問題所在而作出針對性的訓練。有痛症或特別需要的人要有技巧上的指導以保安全﹐由於坊間的普拉提班未能提供這種具病症的評估,故未能逹致臨床普拉提的好處。
