【“Fitness for All” at the gym】

Great news for those wanting to use the gym, but struggling to get a fitness card! We are offering “Fitness for All” sessions from this March 8 for all full-time OUHK students. Qualified trainers will be on hand to assist you during specific timeslots, so please go to our website for details.

係咪好想用IOH嘅健身室呢? 新一年首次體適能簡介課程等緊你! 想同時獲取使用學校同康文署健身室資格嘅同學就快去 OU-SEA報名啦!
今次嘅體適能簡介課程會亦同上次相同，分為兩部分進行，分別係Theory session同埋Practical session。
同學必需完成Zoom Theory session 先有得報名返學校上Practical session 㗎！
但由於疫情關係 practical 課堂日期就要另行通知啦～

【Fitness Introductory Course (Jan)】
Happy New Year!
If you want to be eligible to use the university and the LCSD fitness room, please register the first FIC in 2021 via OU-SEA!
The Fitness Introductory Course will be divided into theory and practical sessions as last time. Students should enroll in a practical session after completing the theory session.
*In view of the development of COVID-19 pandemic, practical session will be postponed until further notice.
