Born and raised in stressful Hong Kong, Jessie developed chronic backache from the desk-bound pressures of an international marketing career. Conventional medical remedies having failed, Jessie was so amazed at Pilates’ delivery of long lasting pain relief - she was inspired to train up to the renowned and comprehensive Polestar® Pilates Education certification. Jessie’s client expertise focuses o

n rehabilitation, and spans many demographics - pre/post-natal, osteoporotic/osteopenic; injury/surgery recovery; cancer patients; dancers/athletes achieving fitness goals. Dedicated to her passion, Jessie continually advances her own education - now expanding into Gyrotonic and Gryokinesis teaching - and revels in freeing her clients from pain and lethargy, and improving their freedom of movement, health and well-being.
