Gulf Oil is pleased to announce the renewal of its partnership with WIN Motorsport for the upcoming 2018-19 racing season. After winning the Asian Le Mans Series Sprint Cup title in August 2017, Hong Kong’s WIN Motorsport took two podium finishes in the Asian Le Mans Series Championship season this year. Coming up is the prestigious “Road To Le Mans”which takes place during the Le Mans 24 Hours weekend, where the team will compete against the best international LMP3 teams as “Sprint Cup Champions of Asia” on the 14th and 16th of June which also marks the 50th anniversary of the first Gulf victory at Le Mans.

WIN Motorsport was established in 2017 by Hong Kong driver William Lok. The team brings together a wealth of talent, knowledge and experience from the highest levels of motorsport and endurance racing.

Gulf Oil carries hundreds of high quality oil and lubricant products for cars, motorcycles, power sport applications, marine, heavy-duty products, and industrial applications. Gulf has a number of key sporting partnerships. In 2016, it joined forces with Manchester United Football Club to become its global lubricant and fuel partner. The brand supports Gulf Racing’s Porsche team in the World Endurance Championship and, in Motorbike sport, Gulf is technical partner to BMW’s manufacturer-backed squad, Gulf Althea BMW as well as Aprilia’s factory race squad, Milwaukee Aprilia.

Concluding our debut season in the 2017-18 with a podium finish at the finale.
As a William Lok Racing Driver 陸漢洋 賽車 I have improved a lot, as a team principle I learned a lot. Grateful for all the ups with joy, thankful for all the downs as lessons ... will come back next season stronger than ever ...
for now ... a short break for CNY and will see you all soon at other tracks and of course the special !
