《棍網球字典》
由今集開始，我會同大家分享不同的術語。在棍網球世界裏，練習和比賽中不時會用到術語。它們是教練與球員其中一種溝通的橋樑，當球員收到明確嘅指令（術語），就能更有效、快捷地執行。
英文“Crease“，中譯“守門圈“，呈圓形，圍繞着龍門。只有守門員可以在這禁區裏用身體擋球或以球棍接球來阻止進攻得分。而進攻球員持球進攻一律不能踏入守門圈，否則違例。
而防守球員能否踏進守門圈則視乎球例。男子成人總賽事是准許的，而女子或過往舉辦的小學組比賽如「親善盃」和「棍網球校際盃(小學組)」都不准許。所以各運動員及負責人比賽前了解比賽球例或章程。

《Lacrosse Dictionary》
Starting from this episode, I will share different lacrosse terms with you. In the world of Lacrosse, there are many terms using in practice and match tactics. They are important tools for communication among players and coaches. When a player receives a simple order (term), it is particularly effective for him to execute.
"Crease" in English. And "守門圈" in Chinese. It is a restricted circular area that the goalie locates. Only the goalie can use his body to block the ball or catch it with a stick in the crease to prevent from scoring. All offensive players cannot step into it, otherwise, they violate the rules. t with a stick in the crease to prevent from scoring. For defenders, it depends on which category of matches you play. Men adults' are allowed while women and primary school games are not e.g. Lacrosse Friendship Cup, Inter-school Lacrosse Competition (Primary School). Therefore, it is better for all coaches, managers, and players to understand specific rules of the matches that they are going to play.
