上完 10 堂 Pilates 落嚟,我直頭覺得似 “無痛抽咗脂”!!✨
未玩普拉提之前,我成日覺得係 “打卡呃 like” 多過有效果!點知上完第一堂,第二日訓醒起身望鏡 —— 哇!居然即時睇到變化!我望住塊鏡真係呆咗成 3 秒,完全唔敢信自己對眼!👀
之前著 leggings,腰腹啲肉總係 “卜卜脆” 噉透出嚟,拉到最頂都遮唔住那堆鬆垮感;而家連之前著到勒到肚仔痛嘅高腰褲,而家扣實之後居然有位剩!呢種變化唔係捱餓捱出嚟嘅 “虛浮瘦”,係伸手摸得到嘅腰腹肌肉收緊,實打實嘅線條感啊!💪
仲有個更大驚喜係下肢!之前大腿內側鬆到好似冇力,Pat Pat 又塌又冇型,連帶小腿睇落都腫腫地、好粗獷;而家練完 10 堂,每次睇對腳都覺得 “順眼好多”—— 原來普拉提唔使狂出汗、唔使攰到攤低,係慢慢教肌肉搵返發力感,不知不覺就將線條 “雕” 得靚靚!而家真係越練越上癮,隔一日唔練仲覺得周身唔舒服添!😆

Before I tried Pilates, I always thought it was just a "check-in-for-likes" thing more than an actual effective workout! But after my first class, the next morning I woke up, looked in the mirror—and wow! I could actually see changes right away! I stared at the mirror for a solid 3 seconds, barely able to believe my eyes! 👀
Before, when I wore leggings, my belly fat would always bulge out—even pulling them as tight as possible couldn’t hide that saggy feeling. Now, even those high-waisted pants that used to dig into my stomach so bad it hurt? There’s actually extra room when I button them up now! This change isn’t some flimsy "starved thin" from skipping meals—it’s the tightness of my core muscles that I can feel when I touch them, real, tangible definition! 💪
And the even bigger surprise? My lower body! Before, my inner thighs were so loose they felt weak, my butt was saggy and shapeless, and my calves even looked puffy and bulky because of it. Now, after 10 classes, every time I look at my legs, they just "look better"—turns out Pilates doesn’t require sweating like crazy or exhausting yourself. It slowly teaches your muscles to find their strength again, and before you know it, it sculpts your lines beautifully! Now I’m totally hooked—if I skip a day, my whole body even feels off! 😆
