HONG KONG EVOLUTION CLUB，中文譯作【香港露筍會】，創立於千禧年，由當時數十位熱愛 MITSUBISHI LANCER EVOLUTION 的車迷所組成。於二零零零年中，創會人正式以非牟利團體向牌照科註冊，名為【HONG KONG EVOLUTION CLUB】。
