We personally know many clients who are not fans of running🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️.

While there are many ways for us to improve cardio respiratory health, running is probably still one of the best ways to train our heart❤️ muscles and improve the efficiency of how our bodies use oxygen. When teens have no school, we work on cardio respiratory health, mobility, and strength!

Teens are now required to learn online. When seated for a prolonged period of time with little or no movement, teens can develop a habit that lead to poor posture which may future problems such as neck & lower back pain. We all know what inactivity also plays a role in unhealthy weight gain. If your kids are not active at least 1 hour a day, you may need to find ways for them to engage in physical activities that they enjoy.
