🇭🇰十年代表香港嘅生涯，九年香港體育學院獎學金精英運動員嘅時光，兼職四年，全職五年，留咗咁多汗水同腳毛係度，我嘅運動員生涯亦係呢個時候正式告一段落🔚
Maybe I’m not the best individual or the one who got the most medals but I truly know what I can offer to the team and I did give my everything to be a better team person🤝🏼 I do love this place and it’s my honor to represent my place as an Hong Kong Karate athlete🇭🇰
Sensei William Thomas and Care Li, thanks for the trust, understanding and words. Keep the good work up and bring HKG team to the next level, of course together with Sensei Saeid Hassanipour Sefatazgomi as well🤣 Good luck🤟🏼
Marijana Kiuk, I have learnt a lot from you. Thanks for being my first coach and trusting me🤝🏼
Strength coach Val Ramos, the only one who stays with us from the beginning til now, played a very important role in my athlete life. You helped me become stronger and faster with professional skills and knowledge throughout 9 years. And so happy to share everything about me with you, like the highs and lows, or even the little things in life. Thanks you so much, and wish you and your family all the best🫶🏼

I’m glad to have all the coaches and teammates I’ve been working with in my athlete life. You guys are all my reference for my future career. Deeply thanks from my bottom of heart❤️
有幸因為空手道見識到呢個世界，遇到唔同嘅人和事，雖然有遺憾同可惜嘅地方，但仍然覺得一切都好值得，因為人生就係咁，有喜有悲，有苦有樂，呢啲先叫做經歷。所以感恩呢個運動員嘅身份豐富咗我嘅人生🙏🏼
I’m not going to deny I may belong to KARATE since I was born haha🤣 So I’m not quitting KARATE but will change the role as an EDUCATOR to keep contributing. Not only for KARATE, but also for the education of next generation👦🏻👧🏻
