🇫🇷Cathy 見到上大上托⛰️天梯就即刻不想努力 😂
小夏威夷競賽於9月27日舉行，跑手由起點井欄樹起步後將首先進入小夏威夷徑 🌴， 沿途可以欣賞溪流及「小夏威夷瀑布」 。

在寶琳南路走著走著，經右手面的上山小徑通往衛徑3段。路線會首先經過熱門打卡地標-桅夾石嶺標高柱、五桂山、馬游塘，最後便會到達大上托🏔登山入口。 一條急升200多米的天梯將會係大家磨練意志嘅好機會。落井欄樹前的小路將會係另一驚喜！

12k嘅參賽者到井欄樹完賽🏁，20k嘅參賽者補給後隨即開始另一挑戰 - 東洋山⛰️！533米攀升後，大家就可以開盡turbo，由飛鵝山道落百花林。 最後機會嚟喇！飛雲☁️ - 經飛雲徑返終點🏁

🇫🇷Cathy lost all motivation upon seeing the steep staircase to Tai Sheung Tok ⛰️!

The Little Hawaii Trail will be held on September 27th. Runners will start at the Tseng Lan Shue and enter the Little Hawaii Trail 🌴, where they can enjoy views of streams and the "Little Hawaii Waterfall" .

Take the uphill path on your right to reach Section 3 of the Wilson Trail on Po Lam South Road. The route will first pass popular landmarks – the Wai Kap Shek Leng, Black Hill, and Ma Yau Tong – before finally reaching the entrance to Tai Sheung Tok 🏔. A steep staircase rising over 200 metres will be a great opportunity to test everyone's willpower. The path before descending to Tseng Lan Shue will be another surprise!

12k participants finish at Tseng Lan Shue 🏁, while 20k participants fuel up there and then begin another challenge - Tung Yeung Shan ⛰️! After climbing the 533-metre mountain, you can unleash your turbo gear and descend from Fei Ngo Shan Trail to Pak Fa Lam. Return to the finish line via Fei Wan Path🏁.

第二屆賽事 #3大亮點 🌟：
1️⃣第一屆賽事因多條路徑受山泥傾瀉而封閉，今屆路徑終於解封了。賽道將通過較為鮮為人所知的四城林徑及草城林徑。參賽者完賽後，軌跡終於可以呈現完整的「茶壺」🫖/「茶壺」🫖及「精靈」👻圖案。
2️⃣ 11k 及28k 分別在下午5點及2點起步，預計賽事後段已經入夜🌚 參賽者需要佩戴頭燈🔦作賽。賽事讓參賽者在短途賽事中亦可享受Night race✨️嘅樂趣！
3️⃣ 大會將賽事定於聖誕節🎅🌲前的週日，當日將有特別安排，務求令賽事在充滿聖誕氣氛下進行🎄🎉

3 highlights of the 2nd edition 🌟:
1️⃣The 1st edition had several trails closed due to landslides, but this year the trails are finally open. The course will pass through the lesser-known Sze Shing Forest Trail and Tsao Shing Forest Trail. After the race, the trail will finally display a "Teapot" 🫖/"Teapot" 🫖 and "Genie" 👻 patterns.
2️⃣ The 11k and 28k races start at 5pm and 2pm respectively, and the races are expected to continue into the night 🌚. Participants will be required to wear headlamps 🔦. This race allows participants to enjoy the fun of a night race even in a short distance! ✨️
3️⃣ The race will be held on the Sunday just before Christmas 🎅🌲, with special arrangements to ensure participants can enjoy festive vibes 🎄🎉

The course starts at Tseng Lan Shue 🌳, passes through the Little Hawaii Trail🏞, Black Hill ⛰️, then ascends Tai Sheung Tok before returning to Tseng Lan Shue.
20k participants then ascend Tung Yeung Shan⛰️, then pass through Fei Ngo Shan Road and Pak Fa Lam Road before returning to the finish line.

A 10k and 21k half marathon trail race, perfect for beginners and experienced runners. The course is relatively gentle, allowing participants to enjoy a relaxed run in the mountains and break their personal best!
The 10K route passes through Kat Hing Bridge and Yuen Tsuen Ancient Trail; the 21k half marathon route passes through Tai Lam Chung Reservoir, Tsing Fai Tong, and Yuen Tsuen Ancient Trail.

距離: 12公里 / 20公里

賽事介紹及路線:
將繁華都市的便利與隱密叢林的寧靜完美融合的一個新越野賽事，將著名路線與鮮為人知的祕境巧妙結合。

起終點：井欄樹🌳，途經綠意盎然的小夏威夷徑🏝，沿著人跡罕至的崎嶇小徑至衛奕信徑和五桂山地標性的導航反射器。最後一段需攀登到大上托 ↗️↗️↗️ 😱 才返回井欄樹🌳。

20公里組別在返到井欄樹後往大藍湖出發，經東洋山、百花林🌼 及飛雲徑☁ 返終點。

賽事累計攀升適中，技術性路面也較少，因此這條比賽路線可跑性極高。

【NRNG new race - LITTLE HAWAII TRAIL 💃🌼🌴】

Date: Sep 27th
Distance: 12 km / 20 km

An adventure mixing the proximity of the buzzing city with the tranquillity of a hidden jungle paradise and blending famous paths with hidden ones.

Start / Finish: Tseng Lan Shue 🌳. The race takes you first to the famous Little Hawaii waterfalls, through the lush greenery of the Little Hawaii Trail 🏞, then to a hidden path before reaching the iconic Black Hill repeaters. The final climb before returning to Tseng Lan Shue is up to ↗️↗️↗️ Tai Sheung Tok 😱.

The 20 km route adds the ascent to Tung Yeung Shan after Tai Lam Wu, then down to Pak Fa Lam and Fei Wan Path before crossing the finish line.

Whether you’re a seasoned trail runner or simply a nature lover seeking a new challenge, the Little Hawaii Trail race promises a memorable experience, infused with the aloha spirit 💃💐 of the outdoors.
