We go through the basics of kettlebell lifting. This week we will incorporate the Turkish get up (yes we heard you!)

💣 KB Conditioning: Intermediate level
Increase your work capacity and muscular endurance with kettlebell complexes. Guaranteed to hit every muscle group in your body.

🏆KB Sport: Intermediate level
Specific to the main competition lifts: sn**ch, jerk, and long cycle. This is a training session and not a tutorial session.
