​Our Sparring Team recently travelled to South Korea 🇰🇷 to compete in the "2026 Chuncheon Korea Open International Taekwondo Championships" 🏆. Facing top athletes from all over the globe 🌍, our team members demonstrated immense grit and impressive technical ex*****on 🥋⚡, proudly bringing home 65medals for the association! 👏🎉

​We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our coaching staff for their professional guidance 👨‍🏫🥋, as well as to parents and partners for their unyielding support ❤️🙏. 香港豐生跆拳道搏擊隊已圓滿完成韓國豐生學校交換生計劃，順利返港！✈️🇭🇰

​喺今次充實嘅交流行程中，小朋友們同韓國豐生學校嘅頂尖選手​同食同住、一齊生活，體驗正宗韓國訓練文化！
​
​透過今次「同吃、同住、同訓練、同比賽」嘅深度體驗，學員們唔單止喺技術、步法同搏擊意識上有顯著進步，更深刻體會到「禮義廉恥、忍耐克己、百折不屈」嘅跆拳道精神！獨立能力與國際視野大跳躍，真係獲益良多、收穫滿滿！💪🔥

​The Hong Kong Pungsaeng Taekwondo Sparring Team has successfully completed the exchange student program at Pungsaeng Middle School in Korea and safely returned to Hong Kong! ✈️🇭🇰

​During this enriching exchange journey, our young athletes joined the top fighters of Korea’s Pungsaeng School to ​live and dine together, experiencing authentic Korean training culture!
​Undergo high-intensity joint training for practical sparring and skills exchange!

​Through this immersive experience of "living, dining, training, and competing together," our students not only made significant progress in their techniques, footwork, and sparring awareness, but also gained a deeper appreciation for the core tenets of Taekwondo: "Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit"! Their independence and international perspective have taken a massive leap forward—it was truly a fruitful and rewarding trip! 💪🔥

​A heartfelt thank you to Pungsaeng School in Korea for their warm hospitality, and to all the parents for their trust and support! ❤️

我們一直致力將跆拳道運動推廣到大灣區各個城市，促進兩地學員的交流。今年，豐生的小朋友們在賽場上全力以赴，憑著堅毅的精神勇奪多項佳績，真的非常令人驕傲！🏆💪

🥋 誰說一定要長大才能當領袖？在香港豐生跆拳道，我們的幼兒學員一樣可以獨當一面！

今日課堂上，就是由小朋友帶領全班一起做課前拉筋！看他們站在最前面，喊口號時眼神堅定、動作有板有眼😎

在跆拳道的世界裡，除了體能與技術，我們更看重「始、終、禮、義」的精神。讓小朋友輪流擔任領袖，會帶來許多意想不到的進步：

· 建立自信心 🚀：踏出舒適圈，嘗試在眾人面前說話、發指令，克服膽怯。

· 培養責任感 🤝：學會照顧同學，確保大家都有跟上進度一起練習。

· 提升專注度 👁️：要做好榜樣，自己的動作自然要做到最標準、最認真！

🥋 Who says you have to be grown up to be a leader? At Hong Kong Fung Sang Taekwondo, our young students can take charge just as well!

In today’s class, it was the children who led the whole group in pre-training stretching! Look at them standing at the front—shouting commands with determined eyes and performing every move with precision😎

In the world of Taekwondo, beyond physical strength and technique, we place great emphasis on the spirit of "Beginning, End, Courtesy, and Righteousness." Letting children take turns being leaders brings many unexpected improvements:

· Building confidence 🚀：Stepping out of their comfort zone, trying to speak and give instructions in front of others, and overcoming shyness.

· Developing responsibility 🤝：Learning to take care of their classmates and making sure everyone follows along.
