�Certified IAIM Infant Mas I am a swimming instructor.

I was a national diving team member in Hong Kong. My mission is to gain people’s attention on water safety, promote self-rescue skills from babies to adults. What is more, I am also a baby massage instructor. I am passionate about early childhood education and parenting. Children have real understanding only of that which they invent themselves. I always want to promote fun-oriented learning environment and quality standards for the education industry. In addition, I am a digital creator who is passionate about water sports and adventurous outdoor activities. My content would be mainly about sports-related or outdoor activities related topics. I always believe that if you never try, you will never know. My mission is to inspire people to push their limits to try different kinds of water sports and outdoor activities. Through the experience, I want to motivate people to build a healthy lifestyle for themselves.

冬天課堂系列：💡嬰幼兒上游水堂要準備啲咩呢？💡

1. 泳衣
2. 保暖衣
3. 抓毛打底 (怕凍既小朋友可加穿)
4. 游泳尿片 (如適用)
5. 毛巾
6. 暖水壺

💡小提示：即使室內暖水有28度或以上，泳池亦有提供暖氣，但唔同夏天既水溫，總會有體感上既差別，落水當下都會感覺少許清涼，所以要為嬰幼兒既小朋友穿著保暖衣，下水後要郁動可以適應水溫，用體溫”煲熱”保暖衣鎖住嘅水，達到保暖效果❗️

睇下呢個小朋友不單止唔怕凍，仲可以好chill咁訓係水度添，唔單止做到背泳，仲可以自己踩水做到水中自救💪🏻💪🏻

Baby Splash為所有年齡人士提供專業的游泳課程，例如：嬰幼兒水中自救班、幼兒學前班、兒童習泳班、泳姿改良班及泳隊進修班。另外，亦新增嬰幼兒按摩班。
