Wrapping up an unforgettable interactive workshop last Friday at HKUST—where dedicated year 1 engineering students dove into dorm-friendly posture exercises using just a hand towel and yoga mat (no fancy gear required!). 💪

The real “aha” moment?
Watching their faces light up as they synced up for the moves, suddenly feeling the imbalances they’d been carrying from long study days.

It was an honor to deliver my first university lecture yesterday at HKUST, where I guided 132 Year 1 students on cultivating strong posture habits to support their four-year journey of focused study and growth. In an era of extended desk time, prioritizing spinal health is essential for sustained well-being and productivity.
The session was met with enthusiastic engagement—particularly impressive as the entire group synchronized in the exercises, creating a powerful wave of collective focus and energy. I appreciated the thoughtful questions from those who remained afterward for personalized exercise advice. Thank you to all participants for your positive energy and commitment to self-care.
