Join us as a Mentor! Exchange and Empower is preparing a Trail Running Training Program to support 10 passionate trail runners from the foreign domestic helper community in Hong Kong. The program runs from the end of November 2025 until the beginning of March 2026.
The main focus of the program is for each participant to follow a three month long training plan created by a running coach and to complete a 25km trail running race at the end of the program.

We are now looking for experienced female trail runners from the Hong Kong trail community to become mentors to the program participants.

Our expectations from the mentors are the following:
- to adjust the training plan for the participant he/she is paired up with
- to guide and check in on this participant regularly throughout the duration of the program
- to provide the participant with useful tips for training and racing
