新一年基本上都是全神貫注地為館子s 打理和發展，大部分時間都是滿腦子關於營運和教學的事情。日子越久越覺得自己肉體及精神上一點一滴的消磨，不知道什麼時候開始心機慢慢並沒有放在自身的進度上，連open mat 也失去了以往的持續性。然而剛剛突然...

新一年基本上都是全神貫注地為館子s 打理和發展，大部分時間都是滿腦子關於營運和教學的事情。日子越久越覺得自己肉體及精神上一點一滴的消磨，不知道什麼時候開始心機慢慢並沒有放在自身的進度上，連open mat 也失去了以往的持續性。

然而剛剛突然定下的目標令自己要臨急抱佛腳地準
備，最直接方法還是要做回最基礎的事情：提升體力狀態，我甚少對自己說「我老了」這句說話，因為我知道這很容易成為所有事情的藉口。我現在究竟有多弱？連續三四天的提升強度訓練，給了我一個現實的答案，身體至少還懂得什麼叫適應

「累」和「覺得自己很累」原來是兩種感覺，避免我純粹自我感覺良好，我把吃得更多和睡得更好視為客觀的指標。

你身體沒有以前的感覺，是因為你再沒有揮下以前的血汗。

披着汗水我還未見到更好的自己，但是我找回了以前怎樣活着的我。
