Nha Trang we love you so much 😘 tho we had a flight delay for one day which messed up our work schedule 🥺
Other than that everything was so perfect and I even took my first barrel class 🤭
Can’t wait to travel to Vietnam again! 3 more trips till the end of 2023❤️

Through constant practice, I'm gaining a better awareness of my body. The improvements may seem unnoticeable, but they mean a lot to me

做得好真係無我份但起碼開始知道發生緊咩事🥺大家做咩都好都要堅持唔好放棄❤️

Haven’t spent my birthday with her for many years already!
No yoga and just being a tourist wandering around 🤭 and bringing mum to try the things she has never tried ❤️

應該係今年最後一場😆
大家練習左一段時間都會想學習下啲進階動作
但有時練習方法唔正確除左做唔到之餘仲好易整親🥹
呢個工作坊我地會拆解唔同動作點樣進入同埋安全咁離開
我地會學習頭倒立，三點式頭倒立，K1/K2，crow/side crow，grasshopper，chin stand等等
如果大家有某啲動作想學亦可以事先同我地講，當日可以教授🥰
工作坊完結前亦都會預留時間比大家影相，紀錄一下大家努力的成果😍
