一年一度既農曆新年又到啦，拜年食大餐之餘大家記得要做下運動抵銷番 😆

🧧 今年既藍天體育會新春開運之旅 ，客人可視乎能力選擇跟隨藍天教練前往白沙洲、盬田梓或橋咀島開個靚年。旅程完結後我地仲會準備定野食等大家過嚟嘆一嘆同休息一下。

客人可依照能力決定前往的目的地 :
1️⃣ 白沙洲來回 (4公里)
2️⃣ 盬田梓來回 (6公里)
3️⃣ 環橋咀島 (10公里)

📍 集合地點：西貢沙下路（藍天體育會）
🕧 時間：10:00 – 14:30 (請提早15分鐘到達集合地點)
📅 日期：28/1 (年初七)

As we enter the Chinese New Year, why not start it off with a unique and adventurous trip? Stand up paddle boarding and kayaking are the perfect ways to enjoy the holiday season and explore the beautiful waters of Sai Kung. Get ready to hit the water and start the new year with an unforgettable journey!

Depending on your ability, you are free to choose one of the three destinations. After the journey is over, our club will prepare some wild food and welcome everyone to take a rest and relax.

Available destinations depends on your ability：
1️⃣ Pak Sha Chau (4 km total)
2️⃣ Yim Tin Tsai (6 km total)
3️⃣ Sharp Island (10 km total)
