30 DAYS BODY WEIGHT BLITZ 3RD MARCH TO 3RD APRIL
Redefine outdoor bootcamp is running a 30 days weight loss and fitness challenge ,for those who want to lose weight and get fit.This challenge will utilize mainly body weight with minimal equipment which could at times include kettle bells or resistance bands or battle ropes.
6 Weeks body weight blitz 40-45 minutes each session involving;
Accumulation AMRAPS(as many rounds as possible),
Timed workouts including squats ,push ups lunges ,planks etc
Kettlebells and resistance bands ,
A mix of lower body,upper body,core,cardio which will get you to your targets .
Any age and fitness level welcome
Must attend minimum 3 sessions in one week
