- World Taekwondo certified International Referee(Kyorugi 1st Class & Poomsae 3rd Class) 金道一跆拳道舘於二千年正式成立，是香港政府註冊之認可機構。也是在韓國國技院及世界跆拳道聯盟註冊及認可之合法跆拳道團體。本舘是獲有世界認可資格及執照的國際性跆拳道舘。
本舘由陳鎵正國際師範所創辦，亦即本舘舘長。陳舘長是韓國世界跆拳道師範學院畢業，更在韓國世界跆拳道聯盟總部(韓國國技院)考獲國際認可
及註冊之國際教練執照 及 世界跆拳道聯盟簽核及註冊之國際裁判資格。
本舘是世界跆拳道聯盟及大韓跆拳道正道舘中央本舘註冊會員，所教授的是正統韓國跆拳道，非常注重跆拳道精神，學員們要尊師重導、有紀律、自律、服從性及陪養高尚的個人品格。
本舘所教授的是正統韓國跆拳道，所有經本舘訓練的學員 及 所有簽發的証書都是世界 及 韓國國技院認可的，所有黑帶學員都可獲由世界跆拳道聯盟總部 - 韓國國枝院簽發之國際公認黑帶段証。
陳鎵正舘長研習跆拳道長達三十多年及已有二十五年任教經驗，現正聯同多位資深本地及外籍教練任教於多間國際及本地學校，政府運動場及私人會所， 會員人數已達八百多人。
Kim Do Yi Taekwondo Kwan was established since 2000. Kim Do Yi Kwan is an legally Taekwondo organization registered and certified by The Government of the HKSAR, USA Taekwondo, the Korea Kukkiwon and the World Taekwondo Federation. Kim Do Yi Taekwondo Kwan was formed by International Master Instructor CHAN, Ka Ching. Master Chan is a Diploma holder of The World Taekwondo Academy, Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Federation. He is an certified and qualified International Master Instructor and International Referee issued by the Kukkiwon, and The World Taekwondo Federation. Our Kwan is a registered member of the World Taekwondo Federation, The Hong Kong Korean Taekwondo Association and The Korea Taekwondo Jung Do Kwan. We train the students in good performance as Taekwondo spirit, respectful, discipline, understanding and good personal character. Our Kwan is world-wide recognized by the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF), so all certificates issued by Kim Do Yi Taekwondo Kwan are also world-wide recognized. All the Black Belt students in our Kwan can get the world-wild recognized Black Belt Dan or Poom certificate issued by Kukkiwon, WTF. Master Chan has trained Taekwondo for over 30 years and has teaching experience for 25 years. He is currently teaching with some foreign and local instructors in some of the international schools, local schools, private clubs and government sports centres.
