Today is the 2nd anniversary of my alcohol free life. My last drink was March 28th, 2019 and I’ve been sober since then.

It’s fascinating how many people proposed to me one drink 🍸, just one drink. There is always a special occasion🥂. Each time I had to justify why I quit and how long I was planning to hold. It was challenging since I was not even sure why I did it 🤔

After 2 years, I am clearer about it 🏆

Drinking was holding me back from reaching my full potential.

💪 In my new alcohol-free life 💪

- I have more energy

- I think faster and better

- I build stronger relationships

- And I started to give back to help people to thrive.

There was no magic pill 💊. Quitting alcohol was the result of a long practice of controlling better myself through the practice of daily routines

I am not preaching for an alcohol free life but my door is always open for those who want to talk about it

It is my pleasure to be one of the mentors of AIESEC's Outlier Creating Shared Value Innovation Challenge 2021 with reference to the Diversity and Inclusion track. 🙏

I enjoyed my time during the session, providing critical and constructive feedback, valuable advice, and encouragement to such amazing teams. I was not the only one who imparted knowledge, but I also learned from their determination, motivation, and awareness of the topics.

It's an honor to be able to participate in this event and I hope that the things I've shared will be of great help not only in a business model but also in their daily life.

I wish them the best in their future endeavors and challenges.

AIESEC is an international youth-run, non-governmental and not-for-profit organization that provides young people with leadership development, cross-cultural internships, and global volunteer exchange experiences.

Outlier 2021 is a platform for youth to innovate solutions for pressing social issues in the domains of youth development, diversity and inclusion, and technology for healthcare in Hong Kong. In the challenge, 380+ youth participants work in individuals and teams of 4-5 to hack and pitch profitable and socially impactful business ideas that create shared value for a better society.
