Just a few hours to 2024. And I try to think of what I have done on 2023.... um .... not much. Completed a few certificates. Completed StickMobility level 1 and 2. Still trying to find time to eat, train and sleep. My knee problem definitely affected my training plan but I admitted that I was more lazy than not able to commit training. Lets set training and clean up diet as a goal in 2024 (that's sounds like I am talking to my clients. hahaha)
