Island Bounce is growing! With more inflatables, more time slots, and a packed festival season ahead, we’re looking to expand our team!

💥 Now Hiring: Event Staff

Setup & breakdown crew
Event operators (mechanical bull, wipeout, inflatables, etc.)

🗓️ Flexible Scheduling
We send out available event dates — you tell us when you can work. It’s basically scheduling yourself! Perfect for students, side hustles, or anyone wanting extra income.

💲 Starting Pay: $12/hour. After doing some festivals we can promote you to doing home deliveries which pays a lot more.
🚚 Bonus: Trailer driving experience is a PLUS (but not required!)

If you’re reliable, enjoy being part of fun events, and don’t mind getting a little hands-on — we want you on our team!
