Tired means you need rest.

This fear came up on a call yesterday with a woman sitting on the edge of saying yes to her Midlife Radiance.

So i showed her what she didn't know about my process: Every two weeks, she gets a private 30-minute check-in call with me. Just her. Not the group.

On these calls, I ask specific questions: → "What practices are landing for you and which feel forced?" → "Where are you noticing shifts in your body, energy, emotions?" → "What resistance is coming up and what does it need?

Based on her answers, I adjust. Maybe her body needs more yin practices and less movement. Maybe her nervous system needs deeper regulation before metabolic activation. Maybe she needs a completely different approach to nutrition.

I showed her my client notes from our initial call. Pages of observations about her specific patterns, her language, her blocks, her readiness. This isn't a one-size-fits-all program I'm plugging her into.
