Working 1-2-1 in my private gym, or yours if you have one, you will master the chinning bars, flip tractor tyre's like they are made of sponge, learn how to lift your body weight with your arms and develop a body that most have given up even dreaming about. Set your health and fitness goals for the year, then track backwards. Break them down into quarterly targets, events and actions. Then break them down into monthly milestones. Then ask yourself this important question....

'What shall I do each day, consistently applied, that will serve me in reaching those milestones, in turn, the targets and ultimately, my goals. The answers to that question need to become your daily habits.
