Who needs a tender when you can have a helicopter on board. This is Pacific which is anchored nearby. At 80m makes us look tiny and a price tag of a mere 150 million. 3 garage spaces with tenders and jet skis, pool whirlpool bath spa gym. Oh how the other half live.
