Bring your kids to training more often.

Their presence brings out the best in us. We become more patient, more respectful, and more aware that every action sets an example.

Because rugby isn’t just about building better players.
It’s about helping build better people.

Το πρώτο μας why are you running challenge ολοκληρώθηκε στο I run Myrtos και ήταν μόνο η αρχή.

Συγχαρητήρια στην παίκτρια και υπεύθυνη για το fitness zoimetoxianaki που βγήκε πρώτη στον αγώνα 12 χιλιομετρων στην ηλικιακή κατηγορία 19-29 🏆🥇💪

Yesterday was more than just a training session.

We shared the field, played rugby, ate together, hit the beach and ended the day the way every rugby day should end.. with good people, good energy and a stronger Rugby community in crete! 🏉

Big thanks to the .gunners for joining us and bringing the spirit.

This is what we’re building in Heraklion

rugby, friendship, discipline and memories.

And we’re only getting started.
