Kefi Divers is looking for motivated, enthusiastic divers to join our Professional Diving Internship this summer on the stunning island of Crete. This is more than just a course — it’s a full immersion into life as a working dive professional.
As an up-and-coming PADI 5 Star IDC Centre, we are dedicated to developing the next generation of divers in a supportive, hands-on environment.
This internship is designed to take you to PADI Divemaster level. PADI Instructor training is available afterwards as an optional next step at an exclusive discounted rate.

THE EXPERIENCE
You’ll work alongside our team five days per week over a minimum of three months, becoming a real part of the dive centre — not just a student.
From assisting instructors and guiding certified divers, to preparing equipment, interacting with customers, giving briefings, and supporting daily operations, you’ll gain the practical skills and confidence needed to work in the diving industry.
With two days off each week, you’ll also have plenty of time to explore everything Crete has to offer — from beaches and boat trips to local food and island life.
WHO THIS IS FOR
- Certified PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
- 18+
- Confident in English
- Positive, reliable, and safety-focused
- Available for a minimum of 3 months
- Ideal for gap year travellers, career changers, or anyone ready to spend a summer doing something completely different.
