Kanifing Municipal -KM- Sports Committee

On Sunday the 15th January, 2023, KM Sports held its AGM and Elective Congress. It was coordinated and supervised by the NSC Executive Director, the KMYC Chairperson and the veteran Spots Coordinator Mr Adama Sabally.

The reports were red scrutiniesd and adopted by the stakeholders.

The new Executive Committee duly elected to run the Sports in the municipality are as follows:

Treasurer. Mr Ebrima Nyafunneh
PRO. Mr Chebo Jeng
Auditor. Mr. Sheikh Tijan Jobe

The position of the Secretary General is the regional sports coordinator from the ministry of youth and sports.

2022 NAYCONF HANDING AND TAKING OVER OF THE FLAG FROM WEST COAST REGION TO KNIFING MUNICIPALITY. THE LORD TALIB AHMED BENSOUDA RECEIVED IT AND TOURED WITH IT ROUND THE MUNICIPALITY.

KM wrestling committee held it's first ever AGM on the 6th Nov,2022 at KMC conference room. Both the activity and financial reports were adapted. Bravo

An oversight committee meeting was held in the office of the Lord Mayor on the10th Nov, 2022, in preparation towards the NAYCONF,. It was a fruitful meeting and promising. The Lord Mayor promised to do his utmost best to making sure KM participate s fully and compete to the fullest.
