September is now almost fully booked, and I’m genuinely so thankful to every single one of you who chooses to train with me, trusts me with your goals and continues to support Core Life.

I currently have just 4 hours of availability left for Reformer Pilates or 1:1 in-person training at the studio this September.

Once those spaces are filled, I’ll be opening the next chapter… Core Life Online Coaching 👀💻
