Today’s session reminded me that consistency will always beat perfection. Some days you lift heavier, some days you learn valuable lessons—but every day you grow.

Today’s reminder: consistency will take you further than motivation ever will.

I completed another upper body and core session from home today. There were moments when my muscles were burning, my shoulders were questioning my decisions, and my core was definitely filing complaints 😅, but I got it done.

The goal isn’t to be perfect. The goal is to keep showing up, especially on the days when nobody is watching.

Every workout completed is a promise kept to yourself.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” — Proverbs 31:25 ❤️

This morning started with a headache and low energy.

Honestly, I wasn’t even sure I’d get my own workout in.

After coaching my morning clients, I realised I hadn’t eaten all day. A quick snack later, the headache eased, my energy came back, and I decided to show up for myself.

Not every workout starts with motivation.
Not every workout feels perfect.

Sometimes the victory is simply listening to your body, making adjustments, and showing up anyway.

Today reminded me that discipline isn’t about going hard every single day. It’s about doing what you can with what you have and staying consistent.

The tone of the week has officially been set. 🔥

Now it’s time for the evening session with my ladies. Let’s keep building, one workout at a time. 💪🏽❤️

Week 1 wrapped up- WEEK 2 BEGINS 💪🏾✨

As we step into the second week of our 6-Week Transformation Program, I want to remind every woman on this journey of something important:

Progress isn’t always measured by the number on the scale!!

Sometimes progress looks like showing up when you don’t feel like it.

Sometimes it looks like having more energy throughout the day.

Sometimes it looks like feeling stronger, moving better, and believing in yourself again.

This beautiful testimonial from one of my clients is a reminder of why I do what I do.

After taking time away from exercise following childbirth, she was nervous about starting again. Four weeks later, she’s stronger, more confident, has more energy, and is experiencing less joint pain.

That transformation didn’t happen overnight.

It happened one workout, one decision, and one act of consistency at a time.

To my ladies entering Week 2: keep going. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up.

The small steps you’re taking today are building the stronger, healthier version of yourself you’re working towards.

Trust the process.
Trust your effort.
Trust yourself.

We’ve only just begun. 🔥💚

Today was one of those days that reminds me why I love what I do.

I challenged myself with an upper body and core workout that definitely had me questioning my choices halfway through 😅, then later in the day I had the privilege of leading my amazing ladies through their own session.

Being a coach isn’t just about creating workouts. It’s about showing up, doing the work yourself, and leading by example.

Not every workout needs to be perfect. What matters is showing up, giving your best, and staying consistent.

As I head into a well-deserved rest tonight, I’m grateful for the strength God continues to provide and for every woman who has trusted me to be part of her journey. ❤️

Today was one of those days that reminded me why transformation isn’t built in comfort zones. 🙈🔥

My day started with coaching Day 2 of our FNA Fitness Transformation Program, followed by my own lower-body workout, recording tutorials for my ladies, and then finishing the day with our evening session.

By the end of it all, my quads were on fire and every chair suddenly became my best friend. 😂

But this journey isn’t about doing things when it’s easy. It’s about showing up consistently, even when you’re tired, even when you’re sore, and even when the work feels hard.

The same energy I ask from my clients is the same energy I give myself. We don’t just talk about transformation, we live it 💪🏾💪🏾.

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Keep showing up. Keep trusting the process. Your results are coming.

What a day! 😭❤️

Today officially marked the start of my FNA Fitness Transformation Program, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

My day started with our morning group workout, followed by private client sessions, an online coaching session, recording a full tutorial workout for my ladies, squeezing in my own workout, and then ending the day by leading our evening transformation session.

By the time I got to my workout, I was exhausted. But I showed up anyway.

Not because I felt motivated.
Because I believe discipline will take you places motivation never can.

The best part of today wasn’t my workout—it was seeing the ladies show up for themselves. Day 1 is done, and I’m incredibly proud of every woman who chose herself today.

This journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, commitment, and becoming stronger one day at a time.

To my FNA ladies: Keep going. We’re just getting started. 🔥

Today’s full-body workout wrapped up the week perfectly. 💪🏾🔥

But the highlight of my day wasn’t my workout…

It was a message from one of my clients. ❤️

After months of consistent training, she told me:

“A Mende man complimented my glutes today!” 🍑😂

Now, if you’re from Sierra Leone, you’ll understand why she was so excited😂😂!

She said no man from that tribe had ever complimented her glutes before, so for her, that was all the confirmation she needed that the hard work is paying off. 🙌🏾

We laughed about it, but behind the laughter is something important:

Results leave clues.

The stronger she became, the more confident she became💪🏾

The more consistent she became, the more her body changed💪🏾

And now she’s seeing the results for herself.
