Week 1 wrapped up- WEEK 2 BEGINS 💪🏾✨
As we step into the second week of our 6-Week Transformation Program, I want to remind every woman on this journey of something important:
Progress isn’t always measured by the number on the scale!!
Sometimes progress looks like showing up when you don’t feel like it.
Sometimes it looks like having more energy throughout the day.
Sometimes it looks like feeling stronger, moving better, and believing in yourself again.
This beautiful testimonial from one of my clients is a reminder of why I do what I do.
After taking time away from exercise following childbirth, she was nervous about starting again. Four weeks later, she’s stronger, more confident, has more energy, and is experiencing less joint pain.
That transformation didn’t happen overnight.
It happened one workout, one decision, and one act of consistency at a time.
To my ladies entering Week 2: keep going. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up.
The small steps you’re taking today are building the stronger, healthier version of yourself you’re working towards.
