As an employer, I think you should grow enough to be willing to let people go when they want to go, let people go when they donβt fit your vision. It is not your fault, it is hardly your fault, because your drive for wins is beyond the individual personal interests and goals and not everyone will fit into it. It will take time but you will get there. No general can fight without a really good army behind and it is just a matter of time!
