Together, we enjoyed a morning of Tai Chi Flow, Somatic Dance, and Breathwork with Kirsty 🙏🏻. It was a beautiful opportunity to connect, move, breathe, and recharge.

Hey,I think a lot of people still aren’t really sure what my 'Afternoon Gathering' next Saturday is about, so hopefully this short video gives you a better idea : )
Roasted tea isn’t a traditional tea ceremony. It’s more of a social tea culture from southern China, where people gather around, roast tea leaves, enjoy seasonal fruits and tea snacks, chat, and spend time together.

TaiChi Flow with SingingBowl, Roasted Tea, Chinese Calligraphy. A truly unique combined experience.
