What a result on the road.
Four goals, bags of character, and three points heading back to the Graig.
We went in front on 28 minutes when Davies L. finished after a good assist from Kyle.
Ynysygerwn hit back quickly with a goal
On 31 mins and then in first-half stoppage time, so we went in 2-1 down at the break.

Second half belonged to us.

John Peterson came on and changed the game for the Graig.
Patrick Brittain made it 2-2 on 83 minutes. Then the late surge: Davies L. grabbed his second on 90 minutes, and Archie Baker wrapped it up in the 90+2nd minute.
Two goals in added time to turn the game around and take all three points.

A proper away performance.
We stayed in the fight when it would have been easy to drop off after going behind, then produced a strong finish when it mattered. Davies L. with a brace, Brittain and Baker on the scoresheet.
Graig were clinical when we needed it.
Massive three points.
Well done lads.

Match Report: Godrergraig Athletic AFC 4-1 Coed Darcy

A dominant afternoon at home as the Graig put four past Coed Darcy and took all three points.
Graig opened the scoring in the 34th minute when T. Evans finished after a great assist from Jay Lloyd. 1-0 at the break and fully deserved.
Second half we kicked on.
E. Myles made it 2-0 on 51 minutes, assisted by R. Evans.
D. Hutchings added a third on 64 minutes from G. Vaughan’s assist.
C. Evans made it 4-0 on 70 minutes.
Coed Darcy grabbed a late consolation but the result was long since wrapped up.
A strong team performance from start to finish. Clinical in front of goal, well organised, and plenty of fight.

What a game. End to end from the first whistle to the last.
We flew out of the blocks and Oli Morgan, on his debut, smashed us in front after just 4 minutes, set up by R. Healey.
Game on.
Resolven came flying back at us, chances at both ends, no time to breathe.
Then we hit them again. 19 minutes, Patrick Brittan with the assist, and Morgan had his second. 2-0.
Still the game wouldn’t settle.
They dragged themselves right back into it before half-time and it was anyone’s after the break. Open, frantic, both boxes under pressure.
We kept going. Kept fighting. And with 8 minutes left the debutant found the winner S. Trueman with the assist
To complete a debut hat-trick. That was the moment that mattered.
Hat-trick hero on his first appearance.
Three goals, three points, and a proper scrap to go with it.
That’s what this group of players is about.
